Warbird National Golf Club

Warbird National is a one-of-a-kind destination that merges a championship-caliber golf course with a living aviation museum and educational campus. Designed by Rees Jones, the course weaves full-scale historic military aircraft into the landscape, creating an immersive environment that honors American airmen while delivering a professional-level golf experience.

The project was conceived around three primary objectives: commemorating aviation history, achieving tournament-quality play, and supporting education through the Warbird “CLAW” (Center for Learning and Winning). The CLAW facility anchors the site as a learning campus, promoting STEM education for youth and military families, and was successfully incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Warbird National stands as a pioneering model, uniting sport, history, and education in a singular landscape. The project supports veterans, contributes to regional tourism, and demonstrates how cultural infrastructure can be meaningfully integrated into recreational design. More than a golf course, Warbird National represents a legacy-driven vision rooted in innovation, sustainability, and national heritage.
