ABOUT:

The Clubhouse at the Colonial Country Club was designed to feel like a natural part of the Club’s long‑standing campus while offering a fresh, modern gathering place for members. Drawing inspiration from the character of the original 1950s buildings, the design uses familiar materials and thoughtful detailing to ensure the new space feels connected to what already exists, rather than competing with it.

We brought together three distinct member experiences under one roof: On the lower level, the Men’s 19th Hole offers a relaxed, social setting tied closely to the golf experience. The main level serves as an inviting Adult Dining destination, while the upper level provides a more elevated dining environment with expansive views of the golf course and city skyline. Together, these spaces create a range of atmospheres that give members new reasons to gather, dine, and spend time at the Club.

Enhancing the overall experience are a variety of premium amenities designed to reinforce the Club’s reputation for quality and refinement. These include a state‑of‑the‑art golf simulator, a signature sushi bar, a wood‑fired kitchen for Family Dining, and an open, expo‑style kitchen anchoring the Adult Dining space. Each element was planned to elevate the dining and social experience while adding energy and variety throughout the building. The result is a welcoming, high‑quality environment that enhances member satisfaction while supporting long‑term operational success.
