Summit Club of Tulsa – Oklahoma
The Summit Club of Tulsa consists of the top three floors of one of the tallest buildings in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This Club project is much different than our other Club work as The Summit is a social club, instead of a golf country club.
In total the $8M renovation includes three floors (30,31 and 32). The first portion of the project consisted of the two lower flowers – 30 and 31. The renovation gave a much needed refresh to the historic Club. Offering a relaxing place for men, women, families and business people alike. The ballroom offers increased seating capacity, and improvements to the 31st floor include the addition of private dining areas for small events. The renovation also features a new semi-formal and/or casual dining area with varied culinary options. Other upgrades will include the penthouse and cigar room.
Phase II of the Club renovation (floor 32) included a complete reimagination of the top floor of the tallest building in Tulsa, OK. The goal of the design was to provide members of this social Club with an ideal atmosphere and opportunity to grab a drink with friends, relax and entertain guests or sit at the high bar and gaze out at gorgeous panoramic Tulsa views. When designing this space – our firm wanted to achieve a “Soho” house type aesthetic. Swanky, sophisticated, yet upscale and inviting.
The 360′ bar allows for members to mix and mingle, while simultaneously taking in gorgeous Tulsa views. The booths allow for members to dine in a way that feels semi-private. The bourbon room is an ode to the Club’s history – and was designed to be a hidden room off of the dining room, accessed by a secret panel/bookshelf door. There is also a smaller champagne bar (sits four) off to the side of the main bar that allows couples and small groups another seating option.
