This is one that we have been wanting to share with you all for a long time, and now we finally have the professional photos back to show it off! This project, fittingly called the Casa Blanca Residence was designed and built in Casa Blanca Estates in Paradise Valley, Arizona. This home was built as a spec home, which sold quickly and at asking price for 5.2M. The masterminds behind this project were Paramount and Sapanaro Development. They then brought our firm on as the Architects – Erik Peterson was the lead designer and Kim Smith was the Project Manager on the home. Interior Design was Meredith Smyth of Smyth House. We absolutely loved how it turned out, and obviously the new homeowners do too!
Totaling 5,398 sq. ft. the home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Marketed as an entertainer’s paradise, we designed the home with an open floor plan, indoor/outdoor living, stunning Camelback mountain views, a guest suite that includes a kitchenette and its own exterior entry, Sub-Zero appliances throughout the kitchen, wood flooring, custom lighting, and an expansive sliding door system that bring the outdoors in – perfectly framing the mountains off in the near distance.
Anthony and Nick Ghiz, with Paramount Luxury Development brought the project to PHX with a vision and we are so thrilled with the final result! Huge thank you and congrats to the design team.
