Around the Office: Holiday Party, Residential Summit and AIA Sand Volleyball

The past couple months have been a busy, full of multiple team gatherings. In early November PHX participated in the annual AIA Sand Volleyball tournament. Our firm was represented by Dave Flores, Reed Doolan, Kim Smith and Noelle Peterson (Erik and Kimberly’s daughter, and avid high school volleyball Player). We are so proud of the effort our team put forward and look forward to playing again next year!

In late November, our Residential team attended their second annual Residential Summit hosted at Paradise Valley Country Club, a PHX client. The Summit, which was half a day long, consisted of team introductions, round table discussions and concluded with a fun, team happy hour at sunset overlooking Camelback Mountain. Even though our team is extraordinarily busy, we consider it so vital to our firm’s success that we take the time to get to know one another, and participate in team discussions so that moving forward we all learn, grow and succeed as one unified team.

Most recently, on December 10th our firm held our annual Holiday Party. This year’s party was hosted in the breezeway of our Scottsdale office and was catered by the very popular, Cloth & Flame. It was a gorgeous night of celebration with our PHX family and their loved ones, complete with our annual Office awards. Thank you to all the team members for attending, it was truly a wonderful night.
