ABOUT:

This home was named Suit & Tie, drawing inspiration from the elegance and sophistication of a men’s sport coat. The vision was to create an elevated, moody residence that embodies the essence of someone who is a boss—a space that exudes mature, refined luxury while maintaining warmth and comfort. From herringbone patterns to tweed wallcoverings and deep, rich walnut tones, every detail was carefully curated to reflect timeless sophistication.

Suite & Tie is the culmination of years of collaboration, refining best practices and honing our design approach with each project. Dawn (Kozi Design) executed the “Suit & Tie” concept flawlessly, capturing the interiors and overall ambiance with a focus on high design—a bold and distinct aesthetic that we felt was underserved in Paradise Valley.

A key objective was to break away from the typical “mega-mansion” homes that have dominated the area. Instead, we wanted to serve a market looking for a more manageable, high-end home—one that maintains an intimate scale while still catering to a luxury lifestyle. Partnering with PHX early in the process allowed the team to strategically design the floor plan to maximize the breathtaking desert views while ensuring a livable, welcoming flow.

Drawing inspiration from modern desert resorts, PHX designed this home to evoke a sense of resort-style luxury—light, clean, and seamlessly connected to its surroundings. The indoor/outdoor bar, soaring ceilings, and expansive high windows blur the lines between inside and out, creating a tranquil, airy retreat. The Great Room and Kitchen fully open to the patio and pool, where desert landscaping enhances the serene ambiance.

From the moment you arrive, the experience is breathtaking. The sleek auto court leads to a formal foyer, where floor-to-ceiling glass on both sides aligns perfectly with the pool and mountain views beyond, setting the stage for a home that is as striking as it is inviting.
