Kembara

Nestled within JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge, Kembara warmly embraces the vibrant tapestry of Asian street food culture. It embodies the tradition of cherishing time-honored recipes and the stories passed down through generations, while also playing upon familiar flavors. During the design process, the team meticulously adhered to the “elevated Asian street” style, creating a tranquil and neutral ambiance with a touch of color infused through art, graffiti, and other elegant elements like lighting, seamlessly woven throughout the restaurant.
