Recently Completed: The Lucky Charm Residence

This home is very near and dear to us here at PHX because of our connection to these clients. Matt and Lisa Lucky, Lucky Real Estate have been long standing consultants and friends of us here at PHX and when we had the opportunity to design their dream home, we jumped at the chance. Partnering with the dream team of Platinum Homes, Kim Scodro of Kim Scodro Interiors and Greey Pickett for the Landscape design – we knew this home would be spectacular. The homeowners wanted a transitional and inviting home that provided breath-taking views of the mountains from both the front and back of the home. The home is also positioned on the golf course, so we wanted to make sure they could see stunning views from every room of the home.

The home is located in the very exclusive golf living community of Troon, with unique boulder-esque mountains and desert landscaping. Sitting on a the home totals sq. ft. with 3 beds 4.5 baths, and includes a master suite and guest suite. The master bedroom sits on the opposite side of the home from the guest bedrooms, providing privacy for the homeowners when guests are in town. The master suite includes a gorgeous, expansive master bath with a stand alone tub, large walk in shower, floor-to-ceiling glass and an outdoor shower. The home also features a state-of-the-art home office with dual tv screens, a great room, a corner bar that opens up to the outside patio for those gorgeous Arizona winter months; and a stunning sub-zero equipped kitchen with an entertaining island. The great room also boasts a floor-to-ceiling glass wine rack with LED lights.

The outdoor spaces of this home are just as impressive as the interiors. The backyard creating an oasis type feel with covered seating, BBQ area, gas fireplace and a resort style pool – from the backyard you can see the golf course straight out ahead as well as a hero shot of the mountains.
