CAMELBACK INN PARADISE BALLROOM | Opening last summer – our project at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa included the addition of a massive ballroom that can be divided and customized into smaller meeting rooms, in efforts to increase the facilities available business/event space. Totaling 15,000-sq. ft. the Paradise Ballroom expanded the resort’s previous meeting space by an additional 4,000 square feet. Designed in collaboration with Monogram Hospitality Interiors, the completely renovated look and feel is more contemporary but also pays homage to the resort’s southwestern location with a warm neutral palette of blues, browns/tans and greys. The versatile design allows for flexibility when it comes to group and event sizes, accommodating groups of under 100 or over 400.
Adding a personal touch, the carpet design is symbolic of the Arizona’s iconic Camelback Mountain range and the wall art is from the Marriott family’s personal collection.
Since opening, the Ballroom has received high praise and increased bookings. So much so, that PHX has been hired to renovate the resort’s second ballroom space.
