If you picked up a copy of the Wall Street Journal on Black Friday you probably noticed that one of our favorite projects of all time was featured! We are so thrilled to see our Paradise Valley Contemporary Project get this kind of recognition. The article entitled, “Two Couples Loved Visiting Each Other. So They Decided to Move In Together,” highlighted the homeowner’s unique story and how we designed the house to meet two sisters goals of sharing a home here in Paradise Valley. The piece includes several quotes from Erik Peterson along with quotes from the homeowners – Melanie and Roland Folz, and Mike and Mary Heitmann.
Working on this project was a complete dream for our design team, and it is very exciting to see the project come to life in one of the nation’s most prominent publications. Congratulations to the entire project team: PHX Architecture (Erik Peterson and Jeannine Engh), Est Est Inc. (Tony Sutton), and Greey | Pickett Landscape Design.

Modern Luxury Angeleno (Los Angeles, CA)
We are thrilled to share that our project True Spec Beverly Hills was featured in the print issue of LA’s Modern Luxury Angeleno. This is our first project featured by Modern Luxury LA and we are so appreciative that they covered this project as it is so special to us. True Spec Beverly Hills was designed by Erik Peterson, Maurita Harris and Danny Gonzales in our office and is conveniently located directly beneath our Beverly Hills Satellite Office. The piece entitled, “Join the Club” is located in the Magazine’s “Now In LA” section, which covers recently opened businesses in Los Angeles. The piece details out the unique Club fitting experience True Spec offers customers as well as information on the “NYC loft style” design.

Arizona Republic and AZ Central
One of our favorite spec residences that we have designed was recently picked up by the Arizona Republic and AZCentral.com. The house, which we call the Camelback Cunningham residence, gained media traction because of the uniqueness of the site that the home was designed to sit on. The article titled, “Paradise Valley Property Transformed Into Modern Cool Home,” came out in last Friday’s Arizona Republic Real Estate section. The two-page article details the unique formation of the lot and how Erik Peterson and Stuart Jon Traynor designed the perfect home to not only fit on the lot, but to also capture the home’s insane Camelback views!
