In the Community: PHX Partners with Shop with A Cop and Saving Amy for the Holidays

This holiday season, PHX had the incredible privilege of working alongside Saving Amy and Maricopa County Sheriff’s program, Shop with A Cop to help spread some holiday cheer to those who need it most. Check out more about each amazing cause below:

Saving Amy – PHX had the incredible experience of adopting a family through a local organization, Saving Amy,  a Spirit-led community that empowers the marginalized transitioning out of the homeless shelter by transforming lives through spiritual mentoring, teaching life skills, educational advancement, and financial stability through employment. Over the month of December our entire firm was able to get involved, by purchasing gifts that were on two separate family’s Christmas lists.

It was an honor to be able to help give back to those in need – and to hopefully help the two families have a holiday to remember. We encourage anyone who is looking to get involved in the local community to check out Saving Amy’s mission and volunteer opportunities – it is an organization that is truly making a difference “healing one soul at a time.”

Shop with A Cop

Maricopa County Sheriff’s annual Shop with a Cop event gives underprivileged children ages 6 to 12 the opportunity to buy Christmas gifts for themselves and family members. It was PHX’s extreme privilege to participate in sponsoring a child, so they may get to participate in this year’s event. We recommend if you are interested in giving back to the community this holiday season that you reach out to the Sheriff’s office, because this is truly a worthwhile cause.
