We are thrilled to share that two of our projects received major media coverage in April, one even gracing the cover of So Scottsdale‘s April issue. The Contemporary Camelback Home was pictured on the cover, and homeowners Scott Grigg and Adrianna Baum were profiled about their new home. Also included in the issue of So Scottsdale was a profile on PHX’s Erik Peterson and Principles Ron Skoog and Gene Kniaz. This home was designed in collaboration with Cullum Homes (Builder) and Refined Gardens (Landscape Architects).
Additionally, one of our Scottsdale Contemporary builds that has won an award for it’s innovative design (Excellence in Masonry 2017) was featured in a six page spread in April’s Interiors issue of Modern Luxury Scottsdale. The piece entitled, “Throwing a Curve” details the home’s unique curved roof line and sphere influence. Salcito Custom Homes was the builder on the project as well as the Interiors were designed by Janet Brooks, desert landscape by Berghoff Design Group and the home’s stunning negative edge pool was designed by Bianchi Design – this project was a true meeting of incredible design minds.
The article also profiles the homeowners unique love of travel and highlights how the home fit their every wish and desire when designing their dream Scottsdale home. The interiors modern yet comfortable, the home features several incredible outdoor spaces built for entertaining, a kitchen and dining room that meld into one – creating the open floor plan that was extremely important to the homeowners, and the master bedroom which includes a gas fireplace and outdoor shower.
