Employee Spotlight: Thank you, Niki!

If you have done business with PHX or visited our office over the past four years you have met or spoken with our incredible Controller, Nicole Byard. Since day one of taking on the very complex role of Controller in 2016, Niki has graced our firm with her incredible knowledge and professionalism. She took a role that many put in a box, and made it into a position that she could fully call her own. Never thinking a task was too big, Niki not only handled the day to day financials of the firm, but also took on many of the HR and IT duties as well.  Wearing many hats and often doing tasks that were not under her job scope, Niki quickly became one of the hearts of this firm. She played an integral role in helping the firm expand to its satellite office in Beverly Hills back in 2017, has helped onboard many of the firm’s team members, has assisted in coordinating team bonding events, community events as well as holiday parties and has overseen the firm’s finances with extreme attention to detail and forethought. Erik, Kimberly and the entire PHX Arch family want to thank Niki immensely, for helping make this firm into what it is today.

We are sad to share that Niki will be leaving PHX in the end of June, but say it with such pride as she is leaving our firm to take one of the best jobs out there – motherhood. As many of you know Niki welcomed a baby boy back in November of 2019 and after maternity leave has done a tremendous job of balancing the controller role along with being a new mom, however the time has come for her to devote all her attention to her beautiful baby boy and we could not be more excited for her.
