Scottsdale Office | As the AZ Governor’s Stay At Home Executive Order is set to expire on May 15th, we will begin transitioning our staff back to our Scottsdale office starting on Monday, May 18th. This week our front office staff has been prepping the office to reopen and we will be taking every safety measure possible to makes sure every PHX team member feels comfortable and safe upon their return. We are excited to welcome everyone back, and will continue to communicate with our consultants and clients on the status of in office meetings and visits. For the time being we will continue to conduct most meeting through virtual consultations. Please see the precautions we are taking below:

*We will to continue our social distancing protocols and the conference rooms are set up as such as well as the work stations.

*Our office is equipped with touch less trash cans and hand sanitizing stations.

*We have several gallon bottles of hand sanitizer on hand and will keep bottles full and available.

*Soap dispensers are full and adequate supplies are on hand.

*We will be limiting the number of staff that can congregate in shared areas (i.e break rooms and kitchen). Limiting to max two people at one time.

*Our entire office as well as all work stations have been sanitized, this includes phones, mouse, mouse pad, keyboards, chair handles, smooth top surfaces.

Beverly Hills Office | Due to the extension of the CA Governor’s Stay at Home Order for the foreseeable time being, our satellite office employees will continue to work remotely, however they have been incredible at collaborating virtually with our team members in Arizona and will continue to be operating business as usual until we can reopen our California office. We will continue to keep you updated. All California clients and consultants can continue to reach our team at 310.626.4111.
