PHX Architecture is excited to continue our internship program by adding two new faces to the team. We’re happy to introduce to you our new  architectural interns,  Amara Bickerstaff and Yasmeen John. Amara and Yasmeen will be learning from our staff about what they can expect in school and what it takes to become a licensed architect.

Amara is a recent graduate of North Phoenix Preparatory Academy. This fall she will begin her architectural studies at Arizona State University. After ASU she plans to pursue the graduate program at Carnegie Mellon University under legacy. Amara is also employed at a thrift store and a marketing company and writes essays in her free time.

Yasmeen is from North Carolina and is working in our Beverly Hills office. She is going into her third year of college at Florida State University in the Interior Architecture and Design program. After her undergraduate, she plans on getting her Master’s degree in Architecture. On a personal note, Yasmeen is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys traveling. Last summer she studied abroad in London.
