The Wohlner

ABOUT:

Named after it’s Interior Designer, Stephanie Wohlner. This project took on a special meaning as it was the first project that PHX and Stephanie Wohlner collaborated on, and it happens to be her personal Scottsdale home. Totaling over 8600 sq. ft. of livable space, the home exudes desert oasis vibes. The exterior highlights the home’s desert surroundings, with the interior showcases the Interior Designer’s colorful color preferences. With patterns layered on patterns, the home feels inviting and comfortable. The home includes a guest casita, pool, covered outdoor kitchen and plenty of backyard relaxation spaces.

One of the most eye-catching features of the home is the front entry. Through the glass door, one can see the stunning home office and then all the way through to the pool and views beyond.
