This 4,600 sq. ft rustic Mediterranean home was designed for homeowners that moved to Arizona from Chicago. The couple was looking to build the perfect dream home that offered them indoor/outdoor livability, and an open concept with a contemporary feel.

The home was built with natural materials, including a mix of stucco and stone with a color and texture that feels very familiar to the desert. Light tones throughout the home mixed with pops of color make for an inviting, warm vibe that gives the large home a very intimate feel; perfect for entertaining family and friends.
