Team Member Spotlight: PHX Welcomes Jochen and Terry

We are thrilled to welcome both Jochen Walther and Terry Tower to the PHX team! Both recently joined in the fall of 2020 and have already made an impact on our firm. Jochen Walther joins our team as an Architectural Associate II and has over two decades of combined experiences working on construction and architecture, specifically on luxury residential and commercial projects. Jochen is originally from Germany, where he attended university, but moved out to Arizona to attend the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture in Scottsdale. Before coming to PHX, Jochen was a Project Manager at a design firm in Arizona, and he previously worked for Peterson Architecture in 2004 as Senior Project Manager for luxury residential projects in Arizona, Hawaii, and California. We are so excited to have Jochen’s talent with us and look forward to seeing all he accomplishes.

Terry Tower joins PHX, and she has proven a wonderful addition to the PHX team. In our office, her main role is as the firm’s Project Accountant, and she has already helped further PHX’s processes and efficiency. Terry started her career after college in retail store management. After time, she realized her true calling lay elsewhere, and with a love of numbers, she took classes to pursue accounting. Today, she has two decades of experience in accounting for architectural firms. When not balancing the books, Terry balances life with her love of outdoor activities including hiking, biking and Stand-Up Paddle boarding. We are thrilled to have Terry on the team, and we are grateful for the positivity and determination she brings with her each day.
