JEN LEGGAT
Jen joined PHX ARCHITECTURE in March 2025 as Controller, overseeing the firm’s financial operations and human resources. An accomplished accounting professional with over 26 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in financial reporting, full-cycle accounting, and implementing processes that improve accuracy and efficiency.
A proud Arizona native, Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University and is a licensed CPA—credentials that reflect her dedication to excellence and integrity.
While much of her career has been rooted in the restaurant industry, Jen is excited to apply her skills to the world of architecture. She’s proud to continue building her life and career in the state where she was born and is now raising her own family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and relaxing with her beloved cats.
ERIKA TELLEZ
Erika re-joined PHX ARCHITECTURE team in February of 2025 as a Design Professional I. She brings a lot of knowledge with a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Arizona State University. Erika is an Arizona-born resident descendant of the Apache Tribe Reservation and has a strong connection to the natural desert landscape.
Her background led her to gravitate towards mid-century modern and contemporary residential design at H&S International with Bing Hu and transitioning to PHX ARCHITECTURE, gaining experience designing custom residential in 2016. Rejoining the PHX team after 10 years of experience, she’s delighted to join the commercial team.
Outside of work, Erika has an intense passion for music by playing the piano for over 15 years. She spends as much as she can outdoors with her five dogs.
ISRAEL LOZOYA
Israel joined PHX ARCHITECTURE in April 2025 and has been a valuable contributor to the firm’s residential projects. He brings prior experience in multifamily developments, commercial spaces, and high-end residential remodels. Known for his strong communication skills and attention to detail, Israel supports the coordination of project schedules, consultant collaboration, and the production of high-quality construction documents.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing architectural licensure through NCARB. Israel approaches each project with thoughtfulness and collaboration, ensuring client goals are met with creativity, care, and technical precision.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing the drums.
