Earlier this month, Andrea Lucarelli and Maurita Harris attended the AIA Women’s Leadership Summit held in Boston, Massachusetts.
Maurita distinguished herself by being chosen as a featured presenter in one of the breakout sessions, where the focus was on the captivating theme, “Discover Your Superpower: A Journey to Self-Empowerment.” During her presentation, she delved into crucial subjects, including combating Imposter Syndrome, the art of intentional decision-making, setting effective boundaries, and the importance of understanding one’s purpose.
The summit attracted women from across the nation, making it one of the largest gatherings of female professionals in the field of architecture in the United States.
