We are thrilled to share that our project called ‘The Salcito’ was chosen to grace the cover of the holiday edition of Phoenix Home & Garden magazine. The home was featured on the cover of Luxe Magazine in January 2020, so this is the second cover feature for this home. This feature is a little different than most – as it was photographed fully decorated for the holidays. Beautifully curated by homeowner and Interior Designer, Rebecca Salcito – the images feature gorgeous decorative Christmas trees, stockings by the burning fireplace and shots of the pool, dream closet and master bedroom. The article focuses on the homeowners Anthony and Rebecca Salcito (Salcito Custom Homes and Rebecca Salcito Interiors) – who we work with closely on many of our award-winning projects. The Landscape Architect on this home was Jeff Berghoff with Berghoff Design Group. We cannot thank Phoenix Home & Garden enough for featuring this home, and we want to congratulate the entire design team on the continued recognition of this home.

Additionally – PHX had two mentions in Club & Resort Business Magazine. The first article featured the Grand Opening of Jack’s Gastropub. Entitled “Desert Highlands Caps $2M Culinary Project with Opening of Jack’s Gastropub,” the article highlights the features of the renovation including “a large, custom communal table, high tops and flat-screen televisions. A recent kitchen renovation included the creation of an efficient layout that allows the club’s culinary team to service both the gastropub and Desert Highlands’ Ventana Room.”

The second article featured our current project, San Luis Obispo Country Club. The article entitled – “San Luis Obispo (Calif.) CC Restarts $8.8M Golf Course Renovation” highlights the Club’s adaptability to the circumstances of 2020. With the original plan being to start construction in March on phase one of their masterplan improvements, the Club quickly pivoted due to COVID. The article features several quotes by GM, David Stocke – who PHX works closely with on the project. The Club is currently beginning improvements to their Golf Course including irrigation, and Phase II which PHX was brought in to design will include the Clubhouse improvements – slated to begin in 2023. The renovation includes $2M in Clubhouse improvements, including a new outdoor dining terrace. Full article linked below.
