MODERN LUXURY SCOTTSDALE | We are thrilled to have two projects published in the January issue of Modern Luxury Scottsdale. The first article, features one of our recent builds, a contemporary home located on Camelback Mountain. Entitled, “Climbing Camelback,” the piece highlights our client, Scott Grigg’s dream home. The project in partnership with Cullum Homes and located in the new development of Cholla Heights, was designed to make the most of it’s incredible views of the Superstition and McDowell mountains.

Designed by Erik Peterson and Stuart Jon Traynor – the home includes an entertainment room, bar, infinity pool, elevator, home office and master suite. “Peterson’s architectural design is crisp and linear, marked by 14-foot-tall window walls that capture city and mountain views, and neutral hues that help blend the home into its desert site.” – Nora Burba Trulsson, Journalist.

Additionally – the same issue of Modern Luxury Scottsdale features the luxury homes of Azure Paradise Valley, designed in partnership with Shea Homes  – which opened in fall of 2018. The article titled “Living Luxe” describes each of the 66 homes in the guard-gated community as “individually designed to maximize modern water features and stunning desert mountain views….modern yet traditional.”
