In the Press: PHX Featured In Luxe LA, Luxe AZ, Design Et Al and Beverly Hills Courier

September was a big month for us at PHX. We were profiled in both Luxe LA and Luxe Arizona and also received our first feature in an International Magazine, Design Et Al. Additionally, we received press coverage of last month’s True Spec Grand Opening in The Beverly Hills Courier newspaper. We are incredibly thankful to these publications for featuring our firm and our designs. Check out a little bit about each feature below!

Luxe LA

This two-page spread features an image of Erik outside our satellite office in Beverly hills alongside a fun Q&A that discusses questions ranging from “What motto do you live by?” to “What would clients be surprised to know about you?”. Luxe AZ

This two-page feature highlights both Erik Peterson and Gene Kniaz, PHX’s Residential Principal extraordinaire. The piece features an image of Erik and Gene in our Scottsdale headquarters along with a super interesting Q&A. Including Erik’s love of Opera and Gene’s affinity of progressive heavy metal music. Design Et Al Magazine 

Design Et Al is an international magazine, headquartered in London. The magazine was a special edition highlighting the firm and the project’s shortlisted for the 10th Annual Design Et Al Awards – which were announced on September 20th! The magazine features our Red Rock Modern Residence, located in Sedona, and we are excited to say was recently announced as one of the winning projects! The 7,500 sq. ft. modern home won “Best Global Luxury Residence” in a category of homes located all over the world.

The five page spread features quotes from Erik and PHX and also highlights special features of the home including the 8 ft wide gallery that runs the length of the home, and was specifically designed to feature the homeowner’s renowned art collection. The feature also includes several images of the home taken by Werner Segarra. Huge congratulations to the entire design team on this home including Salcito Custom Homes (Builder), Michael Ferguson (Interior Designer) and Berghoff Design  (Landscape Architect).

Beverly Hills Courier 

Beverly Hills Courier, which is a local newspaper in Beverly Hills, CA featured details on our recently completed project – True Spec Golf Studio. The article includes details on our firm, our design and also the Grand Opening party we had celebrating True Spec in late August.
