This past couple months have been big for PHX – as we have had projects featured in five publications. More details below!
Luxe Arizona + LA
“Talk of the Town” is right! This feature was one we were anxiously awaiting and it did not disappoint. The home that is featured is one of our recent Silverleaf builds in North Scottsdale. Rural Mediterranean in style the home boasts gorgeous clean stone siding, Spanish tile roofing, tons of outdoor entertaining space as well as interiors that dreams are made of! The home was designed in collaboration with Salcito Custom Homes. The piece features quotes by Erik Peterson about his design inspiration for the home and how PHX came to be involved. Some of our favorite architectural elements are the use of natural materials throughout the home as well as the seamless indoor outdoor living that is created by an open floor plan, large windows and sliding glass doors that bring the outdoor in. Wall Street Journal
The Wall Street Journal recently featured our Secret Beach project. Video linked here! The concept has been up for sale, and was an incredible marketing project for our firm. Located on Kauai’s most exclusive street, this oceanfront property offers 34 acres for development of 5 or more homes and includes direct access to one of the world’s most stunning and exclusive private beaches. Have you all seen the feature “Great Scott” in DuJour Magazine? A national publication focused on luxury lifestyle chose to feature one of our recent Silverleaf projects, built by Salcito Custom Homes, Interiors by Holly Ogden at Wiseman + Gale and Landscape Architecture by Berghoff Design Group. To make the feature even more special – we are thrilled to announce that his is the 100th home we have designed with Anthony Salcito and his team over at Salcito Custom Homes.

Iconic Life Magazine – digital and print
Iconic Life Magazine has been very good to PHX over the past couple of months, with this being our second feature by the publication. The September print issue featured our recent work on the reimagined Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel. The article, which had previously been published digitally details out how Erik and PHX became involved in the once in a lifetime project and what our firm’s design inspiration was that has made it such a success!
