We are honored to be featured in three esteemed publications: Modern Luxury Interiors, Phoenix Home & Garden, and ICONIC Life. Over the past few months, these publications have spotlighted three of our projects, a recognition that fills us with pride and honor for both our firm and the talented individuals who contributed to these endeavors.

One of our projects, situated in Silverleaf, was highlighted by Modern Luxury Interiors. A Chicago couple seeking a new Arizona abode enlisted the expertise of David Michael Miller Associates, PHX Architecture, Salcito Custom Homes, and Berghoff Design Group to create an elegantly layered retreat. Erik Peterson of PHX Architecture describes the design as falling under the Mediterranean style with a modern twist, incorporating elements like stone, stucco, and reclaimed wood accents on the exterior. Inside, a warm neutral palette comprising limestone, wood flooring, specialty interior color wall plaster finishes, and reclaimed beams creates a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, as noted by David Michael Miller. Phoenix Home & Garden featured another one of our beautiful designs. Nestled in Scottsdale, Arizona, this magnificent modern adobe embraces the essence of the desert landscape. Despite its unparalleled mountain views, the unique pie-shaped lot presented initial challenges. Architect and Phoenix Home & Garden Masters of the Southwest award-winner Erik Peterson expressed enthusiasm for such projects, stating, “This kind of project is our sweet spot—we like the challenges. When you get a perfect blank sheet of paper, it’s tough to figure out what inspires you, but when you get some obstacles to work around, you get to be creative.” (TEAM: Salcito Custom Homes, Salcito Design Group, Berghoff Design).

ICONIC Life showcased our Paradise Valley project. This house definitely has a bachelor pad vibe to it, and because our firm also has an office in Beverly Hills, we’re seeing a lot of that look in the Los Angeles area, which we thought would translate well to Arizona. We went with bright white walls inside and out, something that could be done in this setting as the home is nestled into an established neighborhood and not on a desert lot, where blending into the landscape is necessary.
