We are honored to be featured on The Gold List by LUXE magazine this year and proud to be named Best Architect by Modern Luxury. This month, we will be showcased in their Best of Luxury Design issue, celebrating excellence in architecture and design. Along with this exciting news, we’re thrilled to share some recent publications featuring our work. These recognitions continue to inspire our team to push creative boundaries and design the most artistic, exceptional homes for our incredible Clients nation-wide.

Phoenix Home & Garden recognized one of our iconic designs, The Museum House. Located in Paradise Valley, this luxury, California-inspired custom home commands attention with its bold design, panoramic views, and understated elegance. “We weren’t constrained by any rules in colors or materials, so we pitched an idea that comes out of a style that’s popular in Los Angeles—but still rooted in Arizona,” – Erik Peterson.

We’re thrilled to share that LUXE has spotlighted not just one, but two of our homes in their July/August 2024 Arizona issue! This masterpiece landed the cover – a modern Santa Barbara-style residence in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Designed by the best in the Valley, this home was thoughtfully crafted to feel both intimate and expansive, perfectly balancing warmth and functionality for welcoming family and guests.

Also debuting in the same LUXE issue as The Ghiz is our Desert Highlands project in Scottsdale, Arizona. This project is a true gem—a modern Arizona vacation home built on land once owned by golf legend Jack Nicklaus. For the clients, who are avid golfers themselves, this made the experience truly special. They sought a contemporary design to complement their historic primary residence, focusing on clean lines, high contrast, and natural materials. Above all, their top priority was to capture the dramatic view of Pinnacle Peak from the property.

Our Canyon Cross project was recently highlighted in Aspire Design and Home magazine, and it truly is a special one. Nestled in the foothills of McDowell Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona, this dream second home was designed for a Chicago couple. They envisioned a space that was both warm and vibrant, with plenty of room for gathering and private guest areas for when family, friends, and children come to visit.

Kicking off 2025, LUXE featured Vista Veranda. Situated in the exclusive Whisper Rock community in Scottsdale, Arizona, this 6,000-square-foot residence showcases a thoughtfully curated design that harmonizes with its desert surroundings. We employed clean lines and a neutral palette to frame and highlight the breathtaking desert landscape, creating a seamless connection between the home and nature.
