Two of our projects are proudly featured in LUXE Arizona, showcasing our commitment to excellence. The cover story highlights a classic Santa Barbara-inspired home in Paradise Valley. Designed to be both intimate for a couple and spacious enough for hosting family and friends, this home holds special significance. The clients, having previously lived in Santa Barbara, wanted to bring a touch of their California style to Arizona. They envisioned a sleeker, more modern open floor plan that maximized views of Camelback Mountain, and the design team delivered just that, blending tradition with a contemporary twist. The second featured home, located in Scottsdale, is a stunning retreat set in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. Built by Canadian snowbirds, this vacation home honors its rugged surroundings while offering a fresh design perspective. Unlike those loyal to a single style, this Toronto-based couple embraced the opportunity to try something new. They purchased land once owned by golf legend Jack Nicklaus (with the signed deed framed as a fun keepsake) and opted for contemporary architecture to contrast their historic main residence. Their priorities included clean lines, high contrast, and natural materials, all while taking full advantage of the breathtaking views of Pinnacle Peak. Read more about it HERE.
