Over the past month PHX has had a lot to be proud of, Erik kicked off the beginning of the month by presenting on a virtual panel for Golf Inc’s annual highly-anticipated Golf Inc Summit. The Panel was attended by some of the best minds in the Golf Industry – including Club GMs, Designers, F&B managers, and consultants. Erik’s portion of the panel included his take on the design elements necessary to please the ever-changing membership demographics, especially now in times of COVID and beyond. The Panel was promoted on social as well as Golf Inc Magazine’s wide reaching website and email platform. The panel is available to watch on Golf Inc.’s website as well. Erik was also included in an article in Golf Inc. Magazine titled, “The Great Outdoors” which specifically addressed ways Clubhouses can update their design to thrive in a post-pandemic society or should another pandemic occur in the future.

Additionally this month, PHX received coverage in the following magazines:

Phoenix Homes & Garden – John Roark, Editor-In-Chief and PH&G have given our firm a lot of love this year. Following September’s feature of the Deputy residence, the October issue featured one of our wine rooms designed in collaboration with Salcito Custom Homes and Rebecca Salcito Interiors in their roundup entitled, “We Raise a Glass to Winning Wine Cellars.” Digitally the feature can be found here. It can also be seen in this month’s physical copy on stands now.

Oklahoma Magazine – We have shared a lot about our recently completed project, The Summit Club in Tulsa, OK. Well we are thrilled to announce that a local Oklahoma Magazine has picked up the recent renovation for the second time this year. Titled, “A Fine Dining Renaissance,” the article features new imagery of the completed 30th and 31st floors and carefully details all of the stunning changes made to the dining experience. The article features GM, Jared Jordan and his rise to his General Manager positions and then credits the entire design team for the incredible transformation.

“The team at the Summit collaborated with several firms to redesign this beloved piece of Tulsa’s history. PHX Architecture, headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., led the team through the important nuts and bolts of the renovation, with help from Club Design Associates in Fort Worth, Texas, who spearheaded the interior design choices for this stunning 3-story project. Both firms specialize in upscale private membership clubs. For local help, Summit joined forces with Flintco for all construction needs from start to finish. Another important team addition was Salt Food Group – a premier hospitality design firm that created the club’s sleek kitchen and bar design. “

Keep in mind this renovation is completely done, we will break ground on the Penthouse floor in late 2020/early 2021.

Desert Mountain Magazine – We don’t normally mention ad inclusions in this section, but we wanted to take the time to thank the Desert Mountain Realtor team for allowing us the opportunity to be included in this month’s issue of Desert Mountain Living Magazine, one of the premier publications in the North Scottsdale community. We have worked on countless homes within the Desert Mountain community over the years, and we look forward to continuing that tradition for many years to come.
