We were deeply honored to receive an invitation not just to attend but to actively participate on a panel at this year’s Las Vegas Market. As many are likely aware, the Las Vegas Market provides a highly efficient, effective, and engaging market experience for buyers, designers, and exhibitors. It’s a platform that brings people together through networking events in the most exclusive boutiques, design studios, and gift stores, offering a unique array of products found nowhere else.
Our President, Erik Peterson, had the pleasure of being a featured speaker on the “Ahead of the Curve” panel. During his presentation, Erik shared his insights and ideas on the evolving concept of workspaces, emphasizing that our primary work environments are increasingly shifting to our homes. Consequently, the need for adaptable and individualized home workspaces has become essential, replacing the traditional formal home office. These spaces are designed with greater frequency of use in mind and are strategically oriented to take advantage of the best views.
Erik shared the stage with esteemed designers, including Diann Valentine of Exhilarate Experiential and Sarah Latham of Latham Interiors. Diann passionately advocated for breaking away from the monotonous sea of gray in living spaces, encouraging the use of vibrant and diverse color palettes. Sarah, on the other hand, embraced the idea of creating neutral environments while infusing splashes of color into various parts of one’s home. Both designers converged on a common message: the importance of fearlessly experimenting with color to discover what truly resonates.
Lastly, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who joined us in the audience and actively engaged during the panel discussion. It was wonderful to see familiar faces and to forge new connections on that memorable day. We deeply appreciate your unwavering support and thank you for being a part of this inspiring event.
