Around the Office: PHX Holds Annual State of the Firm

Every year, PHX gathers as an entire firm to review and recap the year prior. We are beyond grateful to have been able to hold our annual presentation as scheduled, with staff joining via zoom with presenters socially distanced in one of our Scottsdale conference rooms. The presentation began with Erik addressing the entire firm and recapping all of our 2020 wins, lessons learned and projections for the year ahead. Following Erik, Kimberly Peterson our VP/Director of Operation presented on the successes of the Front office/Support staff and Firm Operations as whole. 2020 presented a lot of unique challenges that our firm met head on, and it was incredible to recap all of the challenges that turned into opportunities and furthermore wins.

Additionally, our firm’s Controller – Presented our firm’s EOY financials breakdown to the staff – which we are proud to do annually as a firm in an effort to continue to be a transparent and informative culture. Following the Controller, our Marketing & Communication Director – Shae Fanning presented all that the firm has done Marketing/Branding/PR wise throughout 2020, and what staff can look for in 2021.

Although it looked a little different than years past, it was an incredible opportunity for our firm to virtually gather together and celebrate all we accomplished as a team in what was an extremely uncertain and trying year for everyone. We are very proud of every single one of our team members, and 2020 was a complete group effort. We are excited to be entering in to 2021 with the best dream team we could hope for.
