AND THE WINNER IS

We managed to take not only one award in the last couple of months, but three. Congratulations to everyone who was involved in the following projects, what an achievement.

The Club at ArrowCreek took home an award for Clubhouse Renovation 2022 Private 1st Place. Located in the center of a gated residential community of 1,100 homes, The Club at ArrowCreek’s renovation doubled its non-golf amenity offerings, and upgraded all existing amenities, providing a lifestyle recreation and dining mecca set amidst an undeniably stunning backdrop.

The 2nd place winner award went to Sterling Grove Golf & Country Club. The overall design concept is simple but elegant and is based on rural farm buildings and irrigation mechanics. With neutral tones and a splash of color on various accents around the Country Club, we were able to ensure that the space continued to have a modern yet simple appeal to the eye. Many who walk through the doors of the facility feel welcome and happy to be there as it is finally time to relax or soak up the sun by the pool.

And last but not least, Mirabel took home the Most Improved F&B Facility Honorable Mention. This clubhouse is located in North Scottsdale, the club has a very small-town feel where people are connected. A relaxing sanctuary and a lively playground all in one, this community will find a place in your heart in no time.
