And the Winner Is: Red luxe Award – Contemporary Architecture

We are excited to announce that we received the Red Luxe Award for Contemporary Design in the Southwest for one of our contemporary designs, the Madera Residence. The award winning residence is an incredible contemporary design in Desert Mountain totaling 5,690 livable square feet. The home includes 3 bed/ 3.5 bath, as well as a 3 car garage, guest casita, Zen garden, and a study. The sharp lines and color palette of white, silver, and gold create an elegant yet modern aesthetic. In addition, the exterior design was influenced by the surrounding mountains and desert landscape. The design team on this project includes Erik B. Peterson, Platinum Homes, Janet Turner Hering and CF Design. We are honored to have won the award this year and our team is thrilled that their hard work on this project was recognized on a national level.
