We received the best news this past month, Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club came out on top once again. Awarded the Best Masterplanned Community Amenity Award, we are so incredibly proud of the project and the team that made it all possible. It is an honor to be recognized for our hard work and dedication to creating innovative, sustainable designs. A big thank you and congratulations to the team, Toll Brothers, Wespac, Studio V, and Greey Pickett. We are excited to continue pushing the boundaries of architectural design and creating spaces that inspire and enrich people’s lives.
PHX Architecture designed the Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club with a unique blend of luxury and authentic charm. The club was inspired from the residential Arcadia area of Phoenix and the ranch residential structures in Surprise, AZ. PHX wanted to create a modern vision of Arizona ranch farm buildings in a campus environment with a simple resort-farmhouse feel. Facing distant White Tank mountain views, visitors can also have lavish Southwest views of the golf course. PHX designed the interior to be bright and welcoming to the natural Arizona light.
This clubhouse is definitely deserving of the recognition that it has received. Thank you Nationals.
