Honored with GOLD by the ICONIC Design Awards 2023, our team showcased expertise by undertaking the renovation of one of Arizona’s most distinguished resorts, the Arizona Biltmore. This remarkable project involved preserving the influence of Frank Lloyd Wright on the property while infusing a contemporary twist into many of the designs. The team successfully enhanced the timeless architecture in a modern manner, skillfully maintaining the original mood.
Over the course of 15 months, the project focused on restoring key elements such as the renowned bar lounge, the family pool (Paradise Pool), and the iconic cottages. The sprawling 200,000 sq. ft. property, featuring stunning indoor spaces and glamorous outdoor designs, stands majestically against the backdrop of Piestewa Peak. The interior exudes a sultry ambiance with its stone façade, thoughtfully complemented by muted furnishings and warm textural layers. The wood floor, adorned with a classic pattern, boasts an intricate design that elevates the overall aesthetic, capturing attention with its refined elegance.
Noteworthy contributors to the success of this project include Creative Designs in Lighting, Virserius Studio, and Whiting-Turner. Their collaborative efforts played a crucial role in bringing the vision of the renovated Arizona Biltmore to life.
