Originally born in Overland Park, Kansas – Zeke moved to Arizona at a young age and has been proud to call the American Southwest his home ever since. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona’s College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture with a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree, he channeled a longtime interest in the built environment through history, art, and computer gaming into success in both the academic and professional world.
Originally cutting his teeth with WSM Architects while attending CAPLA in Tucson, AZ – Zeke gained valuable experience working on a number of medium to large Commercial and Civic projects throughout his professional education and early career. Equipped with a wide variety of experience all across parts of the design process, Zeke is now helping drive design on both Commercial and Residential projects from start to finish in PHX ARCHITECTURE’s Scottsdale Office.
When not in-office Zeke enjoys learning about history, growing his LEGO Star Wars collection, sketching a good perspective, driving his Bimmer, or of course playing some video games. Don’t let his homebody hobbies fool you though, he’s always pushing himself to try something new, for example he’s a PADI certified recreational SCUBA diver and has been to over 9 countries (so far!)
