Niloofar Karimi

Niloofar Karimi joined our PHX team in February 2022. With a passion for luxurious designs, attention to detail, and a decade of experience in architecture and design, she began working on both luxury residential and hospitality projects. She is currently focusing on hospitality, as she finds each project very unique and rewarding, offering new opportunities to blend creativity with functionality.

Niloofar graduated with a Master’s degree from the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is no stranger to the PHX family, as she previously worked for PHX (then Peterson Architecture) as an intern during her time at Taliesin. After receiving her Master’s in Architecture, she worked as a freelancer with various local architects on high-end custom homes and hospitality projects before rejoining the PHX team. Some of the projects she has worked on at PHX include the Promontory residences, Arizona Biltmore Suites, JW Marriott Desert Ridge, and Mirabel Golf Club.

Outside of work, Niloofar enjoys spending time with her young daughter, reading, weight training, floral design, traveling, baking, and trying new restaurants.
