Niloofar Karimi

Niloofar Karimi joined our PHX team in February of 2022 as an Architectural Associate II. With a passion for luxurious designs, attention to detail and a decade of experience in architecture and design, she is working on both luxury residential and hospitality projects.

Niloofar graduated with a Master’s degree from the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is not a new face to the PHX family since she worked for PHX (then Peterson Architecture) as an intern during her time studying at Taliesin. After receiving her Master’s of Architecture, prior to rejoining the PHX team, she worked as a freelancer with various local architects on high-end custom homes and hospitality projects. Some of the projects she has worked on at PHX are Promontory residences and Arizona Biltmore Suites.

Outside of work, Niloofar enjoys spending time with her little daughter, reading, weight training, floral design, traveling, baking, and trying new restaurants.
