German Vega is an Associate III and a licensed Architect in Mexico. He is currently working on getting licensed in the US. German was born in Los Angeles, CA and grew up in Sonora, Mexico. He received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Architecture and Design Faculty of the Autonomous University of Baja California in Mexicali, Mexico in 2012. Due to his academic achievements, German was awarded with an international exchange program which allowed him to complete his studies at the University of Brasilia in Brazil, specializing in urbanism and history. This gave him the possibility to travel over South America, experience diversity and culture, and meet people from all over the world.
German worked as the Design Manager for a residential and commercial design-build construction company in Mexico for a couple of years and relocated to the US in December of 2014 to work for FITCH, a global retail branding agency with locations worldwide and headquarters in London, where he was part of the Global Design Team. German started with PHX Architecture in December 2016 and contributes to multiple luxury residential projects.
German speaks three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is an active person and loves design, road trips, travel, and exploring new restaurants.
