PHX Architecture’s Scott Carson designed a 4,500 square foot ranch house for our client in Fredericksburg, Texas. Fredericksburg is known as “The Texas Hill Country” and our clients land is no exception. With rolling hills, stunning views, orchards, and farmland, the home will sit on 60 acres with picturesque views of the surrounding valley. The home will use traditional farmhouse stone and will feature a brick outdoor pizza oven. The design features two guest bedrooms with bathrooms and a master suite. The home also includes his and hers offices. Adjacent to the home will sit a pool house with a loft. Follow PHX on Instagram for home progress pictures!
