A PHX Architecture design is under construction in the Troon Village division of Windy Walk II. Along with luxury home builder, John Smieszek of Aspect Fine Homes, PHX designed this 4,000 square feet, one-story desert contemporary home to complement the surrounding landscape. The design also includes 1,000 square feet of covered patio space and 1,700 square feet of garage space.
The design is beautifully nestled in the landscape between the natural rock outcroppings and boulders. The architecture frames the beautiful near and distant desert views and the extensive outdoor living spaces extend from the home into the desert and are protected by cantilevered roof overhangs. The room spaces and layout are interesting and well proportioned and the home has views, views, views!
