Under Construction: Azure Groundbreaking

The PHX Architecture Team recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Azure in Paradise Valley on October 4th. The custom community by Shea Signature enjoys prime location adjacent to the iconic Ritz Carlton property in Paradise Valley. PHX designs include both modern and transitional styles and range from 3,800sf to 6,800sf. Homes are available to build on 66 lots.

The new, exclusive community broke ground on the iconic corner of Scottsdale and Lincoln Road, with amazing proximity to great shops, restaurants, and downtown Scottsdale night life. The new homes will have views of Camelback and Mummy Mountains. PHX and Shea Homes decided on five floor plans with three exterior elevation styles. Azure will offer luxury detached homes in both contemporary and traditional styles and finishes with buyers able to choose from numerous enhancements including detached garages and second levels. Customization options include a lower level entertainment room, a casita, a pool/spa and many other finishes. The floor plans are open concept with large slider window doors for indoor/outdoor living.

Shea Homes and members of the PHX design team held a home sales event introducing the designs which led to unprecedented sales for Shea Homes before models were even built. This also led to their largest sale price per square foot in Shea’s history.

Shea Homes will be building the new residences and PHX Architecture’s team includes Erik Peterson, Stuart Jon Traynor, Scott Carson, Tom Bell, and Adam Kostis. Interiors are with IMI Design Studio located in Old Town, Scottsdale and landscape will be done by Greey|Pickett.
