Recently Completed: Silverleaf Rural Mediterranean

A rural Mediterranean style home finished up in the Silverleaf community. It boasts stunning backyard mountain views and includes 4 guest bedrooms with en-suites and a master bed/bath with outdoor patio space. The pool cabana contains an outdoor kitchen and living space. The butlers pantry has wine refrigerators and there is a breakfast nook off the kitchen. Exterior features include a pool and spa, putting green, and 4-car garage.

The home features transitional style interiors and uses different textures  lighting. Architectural highlights include the various ceiling details used such as beams, box beams, coffers, and crown moldings.

The design team includes PHX Architecture’s Scott Carson and Jeannine Engh, builder Steve Sommer, and landscape by Mossman Brothers Pools, and¬†interiors by Lauren Rautbord.
