Recently Completed: Biltmore Remodel

A traditional Spanish-style home got a major contemporary face-lift in the Biltmore neighborhood of Phoenix. The  two-story 4,300sqft renovation included a total exterior facade change, a new patio/entry, a kitchen remodel, master bath and closet remodel, and new office addition. The updates made the spaces lighter, and brighter, and added modernized the home. Unique tiles and fixtures were incorporated to reflect the new exterior.

The team included PHX Architecture’s Marcus Rasmussen, builder Sticks & Bricks, and interiors by Arcadia Blue Design.
