Need plans for the weekend? Prepare your taste buds! Arizona Restaurant Week is in full swing! Running until September 25th, Arizona restaurants will be offering three-course, prix-fixe menus giving you the opportunity to try out something new or stop by your old favorites. Created by the Arizona Restaurant Association, Restaurant Week is held twice a year, in the spring and fall. Several PHX designs are joining in the fun and offering great tasting menus to keep you coming back.
Popular to Scottsdale is the eclectic SumoMaya off Scottsdale Road. Catering to a variety of taste buds, SumoMaya features a Mexican-Asian fusion menu paired with unique cocktails in a modern, bold setting. PHX designed the 4,200 sf interior space along with the 1,200 sf patio. Interiors were inspired by the Mayan culture of Mexico and fused with the Japanese culture of Asia. The open kitchen design allows guests to interact with the chefs as they create unique dishes that evoke your senses much like the way one moves throughout the space.

Visit the Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch and eat at Kitchen West. Kitchen West was part of a Resort remodel that also included the pool and event grounds. Kitchen West features Western American fare and a seasonally-driven menu offering the freshest ingredients.

Head out to The Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park and choose from their farm-to-table venue Litchfield’s or the comfort food of Red’s Bar and Grill. Litchfield’s and Red’s were both part of a resort overhaul which included remodels of the dining area spaces, a new front entrance with a welcoming canopy, and a remodeled bar area. The new restaurant design is a family-friendly, warm environment with wood flooring and finishing, and new light fixtures throughout that provide just the right amount of ambiance.
