New PHX Faces : Welcome Esteban, Tyler, David, Venitia and Shae

Over the past several months we have officially welcomed five people into the PHX family. We are so excited to have their talents, optimism and creativity in our office, read more about Esteban, Tyler, David, Venitia and Shae below.

Esteban Loya | Esteban isn’t a completely new face to PHX. Esteban returns to the family after taking some time to gain some experience working with other types of projects. An Associate III, Esteban participates in the design and construction documentation of hospitality projects throughout the southwest and California. Alongside many other projects, Esteban is currently working on the design of a tennis facility in his home town of Corona.

David Parker | David joined PHX in June of 2018, and is currently a project manager and senior staff member.  His past experience includes work on retail, commercial and hospitality projects, including designing hotels for the Department of Defense – located on various military bases.

Tyler Elwell | Tyler is originally from Annapolis, Maryland but grew up in San Diego, California. After taking an introductory CAD course in high school, he knew that architecture was the profession he wanted to pursue in college. Back in May, he graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Architecture and then moved up to Phoenix to join the team here at PHX. During his education, he spent two years interning at Pacific Cornerstone Architects in San Diego.

Venitia Guerrieri | Venitia joined PHX in August of 2018 as our firm’s Executive Assistant. Previously, Venitia worked as a Para Professional for three years at an elementary school, where her two children go to school. Excited to be a part of team, Venitia is excited about the new challenges this position will bring!

Shae Fanning | Shae joined PHX in September 2018. As Marketing Coordinator, Shae handles the daily brand and project marketing of PHX in addition to handling the firm’s PR efforts. Previously, she worked as the Marketing and Communications Specialist for Enchantment Group Collection of Resorts (Scottsdale, AZ) and Whistle Sports Network (New York, NY).

Additionally – we want to take this time to feature our Creative Director, extraordinaire Claudio Munoz-Whiting. Claudio has been with PHX for a combined total of six years. Located in our Beverly Hills Office, Claudio works on both residential and commercial projects. Inspired by context and historical architectural aesthetics, Claudio cherishes design cleanliness and integrity. Thank you, Claudio for all that you do for PHX!
