A soft groundbreaking was recently held for the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Paradise Valley. The development, designed by PHX, will be the first of its kind in the Valley and will offer luxury, private villas on 39 lots. The residences will be the picture of sophistication and offer personally tailored living spaces catering to the homeowners lifestyle. All villas will offer amazing views of Camelback and Mummy Mountain.
Design elements within the development will provide exclusive amenities for the residents which include lush central courtyards, vast open floorplans with indoor/outdoor great room spaces, full service back kitchens, wine cellars, health and wellness centers, game and seasonal rooms, breathtaking master suites, and sunset viewing decks.
