For Sale: Desert Fairways

A PHX home is for sale! Located in Paradise Valley, this contemporary home has amazing views of Mummy and Camelback Mountains. The home includes three-bedrooms, 3.5-baths, a four-car garage, and guest house. The unique site and its location was the driving factors in the overall design and layout.

Senior Designer, Stuart Jon Traynor drew inspiration from the homes lot shape and location. The overall experience one gets when entering the house has been an important design factor from the beginning, as you walk up to the front door you experience the desert (earth) as you enter the house itself you are greeted with a perfect view of the peak of Camelback Mountain. Aligned with the entry through into the back yard is the pool (water) and beyond is a (fire) feature. Upon entry, poured in place concrete walls perfectly align with the peak of Camelback Mountain bringing the mountain right into the home. PHX consulted with ICF company, Fox Blocks, to construct the exterior concrete walls. Off the office and kitchen is a smaller private patio space that offers amazing views to Mummy Mountain. Delicately perched above the house sits an exercise room with expansive roof deck to allow panoramic views of Camelback Mountain.

The design team includes builder, Jim Sampley, interior designer, Misty Cowen, and landscaping company, Refined Gardens.
