Two of our clubhouse designs recently saw success in Golf Inc. magazine. After being named Most Improved clubs earlier in the year, Stone Canyon and McDowell Mountain have also just received honors for dining in the 2018 Golden Fork Awards.
The remodel of McDowell Mountain’s Clubhouse has made it one of the premier public golf courses in the Valley. This Scottsdale gem underwent a massive golf course enhancement and clubhouse renovation. The McDowell Mountain Golf Club had a significant boost in Food and Beverage revenue with the inclusion of a grill and terrace bar. McDowell Mountain was honored with 1st Place in the Public Club category.
The Stone Canyon Clubhouse is a 25,600 sqft two level golf course clubhouse for the use of Stone canyon members. The main level contains a dining room, kitchen, private dining room, pro shop, offices and restrooms. The lower level has a supporting lounge and locker rooms, administrative offices and a cart barn. The added Food and Beverage component to the Clubhouse has brought in new members and increased revenue. Stone Canyon received 2nd Place in the Private Club category.
Awards will be given in September at the Golf Inc. Summit in Carlsbad, CA. To read more about the Golden Fork Awards, click here!
