David (Dave) Parker joined our PHX team in 2018. A registered Architect in the states of Arizona and Washington, Dave is currently a project manager and senior staff member on our Hospitality team. Prior to PHX Dave worked on many notable retail, commercial and hospitality projects including hotels for the Department of Defense located on several different U.S Military bases.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dave grew up in Washington and attended Washington State University, where he received his Bachelor’s in Architecture. During his time studying at WSU, Dave spent a semester abroad in London where his studies focused on new town planning. Throughout his career, Dave has found it very interesting to witness the industry progression from drawing boards to computer screens, to digital scanners; all used in the process of putting ideas down on paper.

At PHX, Dave has worked on several notable hospitality projects such as The Club at Arrowcreek (Phase I, II, III), TopGolf at The Silver Legacy Casino, and Renata’s Restaurant at The Biltmore. His design inspiration is derived from nature – stating, “in nature, when not pushed by other influences, everything works, and everything should work with good design”.

Outside of the office, Dave tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible, even if that means working around the house. He is an avid golfer and hiker and enjoys trying out new trails.
