Enjoying the best of both worlds is exactly what the family of a recently completed PHX residential design can appreciate for many years to come. With eastern views of a prestigious golf course and the McDowell Mountain on one side of the home and city views on the other, this residence rests in The Parks neighborhood of North Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. Special features of this Spanish colonial style home include a large second story recreation room with two view decks, exterior stairs down to the backyard from the upper level, and a large play lawn with an outdoor fireplace. The couple’s master suite opens out onto the pool and spa patio, while a cabana on the north side of the pool is positioned to shield the area from neighbors. Materials such as stucco, carved limestone and tile were used on the exterior while the indoors showcases a brick barrel vault ceiling in the dining room, wood beams in the great room, kitchen and recreation room and a coffered ceiling in the office with the rest of the home’s ceilings vaulted throughout. Every room of this unique design flows into one another and offers an abundance of natural light bringing the outdoors in.
